INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g. prawn
- 10 cloves thai garlic
- 1 coriander root
- 2 tbsp black pappercorn
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp deep fried garlic (ready to made)
METHOD:
- Blend garlic pepper paste - Using on mortar or blender, blend garlic, coriander root and black peppercorn until it forms a paste, Set it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add sea salt and prawns and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan with vegetable oil on medium heat.
- Add garlic pepper paste into the pan and stir for about 15 seconds or until it's fragrant.
- Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce and sugar to combine.
- Transfer praws to a serving plate and set it aside.
