INGREDIENTS:
- 9 tablespoons oil
- 1.5 medium yellow onion diced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 12 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 pound pork loin thinly sliced
- 6 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 0.75 teaspoon fish sauce
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook onions and garlic for 30 seconds or just until fragrant. Stir in broccoli. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add in thinly sliced pork.
- In a bowl mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce.
- Pour over veggies and pork. Continue cooking on high heat until pork is cooked through. Serve immediately.
