Ingredients::
- 5 eggs, egg number 2
- 600 ml. water or broth (1 egg, 120 ml of water. If you like a lot of soup, you can add up to 150 ml.)
- 1 tbsp butter softened
- 1 pinch salt
Method::
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetener, as needed.
- Best if chilled in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
