Guidelines for eating Carnivore Diet by Nong.
  1. When you're sure you're hungry, eat mainly meat until you're full.
  2. In a day you should drink 3 liters of water with 1 teaspoon of salt.
  3. My only ingredient are water, meat, salt, and an eggs per day.

CD Menu :: Eggs Tofu for good health.

Ingredient::
  • Eggs (as you like)
Method::
  1. Beat the eggs well.
  2. Then pour into a mold that has been greased with lard.
  3. Bring it to stream until it's cooked.
  4. Take it out, cut it into cubes as you like and fry, soft fire, fragrant, crispy. Got fried Tofu cubes.
  5. The taste is very good. Stir-fried basil.
