INGREDIENTS::
- 250g minced pork

- 15 garden paprika tablets
- 1 tablespoon bergamot skin
- 5 cloves of garlic,
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper tablets
- 1 tablespoon of sliced old galangal.
- 1 tablespoon sliced lemongrass
METHOD::
- Heat the pan over medium heat, stir-fry the minced pork.
