KCD Menu :: Stir-Fried Pork with Yellow Curry Paste


INGREDIENTS::
  • 250g minced pork
  • 1 tablespoon of shrimp paste (you can put it later)
  • Turmeric powder as you like
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely ground dried paprika.
  • 15 garden paprika tablets
  • 1 tablespoon bergamot skin
  • 5 cloves of garlic,
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper tablets 
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced old galangal.
  • 1 tablespoon sliced lemongrass
*** Scoop it up. In quota not exceeding 20g./day

METHOD::
  1. Heat the pan over medium heat, stir-fry the minced pork.
  2. Take all the ingredients gradually. Add them one by one and roast until fragrant and dry, then scoop them up on a plate.
